After 10 months of introduction today Dropbox has begun to give us trial of its new Paper App Beta – Documents editing and sharing application. This allows team work multiple people can edit a single file. The app supports text, images, as well as embedded videos from YouTube.
For business purposes, you can use Co-notes such as meeting content, writing and editing a document for whole team, sharing ideas with friends and colleagues. You can insert a programming code, but functional code is so far in a basic purpose of notes.
You can also insert a programming code, but code format is very basic so far and mostly for the purpose of notes only.
If you prefer, you can tag other people in your notes to track or compose such a list of things. Dropbox Paper Tools can be considered as competitors of Google Docs and Microsoft Word Online.
However, it looks simple and beautiful than the other two. Google Docs and Microsoft Word Online are have some complex text formatting, while Dropbox Paper serves the purpose of storing the information, notes, ideas, etc.
This Paper application is designed for all devices such as Web, Android and iOS.
